Due to some species being infinitely more popular than others, we will have to place bans into effect so that the favored species do not overwhelm the others. Some species are meant to have low numbers if the level of difficulty to become one of that species is higher than with other species. The information threads let you know just how easy or hard it is to become a certain species.
Also, on the other side of the coin, we will list any species that are lacking in numbers and need some characters created for them...and who knows? If you pick up one of the requested species, you just might get a present from the Administration for helping to populate our species in need. Everyone likes presents right?
